Shipping & Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Reduced items are excluded from returns.

To initiate a return, please email hi@sustainablesusi.com and clearly state your decision to withdraw from the contract, including your name, address and email address.
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please arrange return shipping with a carrier of your choice. Sustainable Susi cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping and, where appropriate, shipping insurance.

Returned goods must be sent back immediately and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal. Please return items in the original box or in packaging that provides adequate protection against transport damage.

Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.
