Shipping & Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Reduced articles are excluded from return.

To start a return, you must inform us of your: Name, Address & Email address and decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement by email to hi@sustainablesusi.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Return shipping is buyer responsibility - please purchase a shipping label through your preferred carrier. Kindly note that Sustainable Susi is not responsible for lost or damaged returns - we recommend purchasing tracked shipping and shipping insurance on your return.

You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. Please return the products to us in the original box or in a package with sufficient protection against transport damage.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
